William Wu attends the 72nd Independence Day in Shanghai.

Aug-15,2018, the Consulate General of India in Shanghai commemorated the 72nd Independence Day with a grand reception held at the Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel.

The reception was graced by the Vice Mayor of Shanghai, Mr. Chen Yin, the President of the New Development Bank (NDB), delegates from Foreign Affairs Offices across Eastern China, representatives from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), members of the diplomatic corps, prominent businessmen, media personalities, and influential Indians residing in the Eastern China region.

William Wu, representing TOKO Group and the local SME sector, has been honored with an invitation from Mr. Anil Kumar Rai, the Consul General of India in Shanghai, to attend the 72nd Independence Day Celebration in Shanghai. This marks the second consecutive occasion for William to participate in the festive event organized by the Consulate General of India in Shanghai, celebrating India's Independence Day.
