Tube Mill (Ø25.40~Ø89) x (0.8~4.0)MM, by TOKO Group

TOKO, offers the largest range of Abbey and OTO electric resistance welding tube mills (ERW tube mills) dedicated to the production of ERW tubes from carbon and stainless steel: diameter range from 4mm to 762mm, wall thickness from 0.4mm to 20mm.

TOKO qualifies all incoming raw materials and manufacturing components used in the production of their machinery, before they are incorporated by skilled craftsmen. The mills are then pre-tested in the TOKO GROUP's workshop in Boretto (Italy).

TOKO Group's complete offer for the ERW tube mill line includes:

  • Fully automated entry lines: turnstiles, loading carriages, automatic cranes, decoilers, pinch rolls, levelers, shear end welders / strip joiners, strip accumulators

    Warranty & Service

    1. Production time depends on each different machinery, it's normally needs 45~90 days .
    2. Installation and commissioning depends on different machinery, normally time: 10~30 days.
    3. Installation and commissioning: will send Engineers to help and guide machine installation and commissioning, buyer will pay for the round-trip tickets and the addittional allowance for iTOKO engineer's USD 100/day per person.
    4. Warranty period time of iTOKO machines: 12 months from date of commissioning completion,but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
    5. Payment term: 30% payment in advance by T/T after the contract, and 70% balance by IRR L/C at sight.
